Christmas Weekend
It sounds like you had a lovely Christmas. Your horse wall hanger is cute. Do
you have the horse plague?
~~A
MY RESPONSE: If by 'horse plague' you mean, am I goofy nuts over horses--No. If you mean that I am a 'plague' to my horse--maybe so, depending on how hungry he is :)

Establishmentarianism
Additionaly, Old Testament Israel was a type of the church--not necessarily an
image of what the only "right" government should look like. Therefore, the
judicial laws of ancient Israel have bearing primarily to their typical
fulfillment in the New Testament church. Of course, as they are applications of
the Ten Commandments, they are also of use to the establishment of a Christian
government. They are of less use in governing a pagan culture--societies
comprised of people who do not discipline themselves must necessarily turn to
tyranny of some sort because, if people do not discipline themselves, coersion
is the only real way to keeping some semblance of social order. Without the
gospel, people do not govern themselves in a way to enable a really just and
free government to exist.
Just a rough outline of some thoughts that fall in line with your thesis here....

Hi Racheal,
Just wanted to let you know that I am reading your blog posts
regularly and enjoy it.
You write just like you talk. Very endearing.
Hope your arm gets well real soon.
Our friend Carla was very impressed with you gals
and she was powerfully influenced. She intends to become
much more serious about finding a church and reading her
Bible. Please pass this comment on to the rest of the family.
We had a lot of spiritual discussions during her visit
and her time at our church and with you gals
strengthend her resolve.
Lord bless,
Bill

"It Comes With the Territory"
NOOOOOoooooo!!!!! You broke your wrist!????! I think I'll start eating with my
left hand in honor of you. I'll be praying for you. Love you lots!
~~Missy
MY RESPONSE: Hey, don't be goofy! There is no reason in the world for you to eat with your left
hand. (Believe it or not, but Mum thought I was going to be a lefty anyway.) *smile*
I hope your wrist feels better soon! I can sympathize with wearing a brace...

Pearl Harbor Day
Thanks for the history lesson....and mega ditto's on the sentiments!
God bless America! And God bless our troops!
~~KT
Thanks for the post about Pearl Harbor Day. I didn't hear much in the news or
talk radio about it today. It appears that it is passing out of the consciousness
of most Americans.
